Twin Lakes runs its riding academy and boarding operation at separate nearby campuses. The distinction matters more than it sounds: a beginner arranging a lesson and an owner visiting a boarding stall should not use the same arrival instructions.
The published rate sheet makes lesson formats relatively easy to compare. The boarding figure needs more care because tax and riding services sit outside the $1,600 monthly line. Ask for a sample bill using your expected riding schedule, then visit the campus where your horse would actually live. The academy’s facilities page is not a substitute for that boarding tour.
